Residential and support services for people with developmental disabilities and special needs—and for their families

ABLE Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides high-quality residential and support services to people who have developmental disabilities and special needs, as well as their families. We are based in Canton, OH, and serve Stark, Summit, Wayne and Portage counties.

We believe that people who are labeled “disabled” are actually “ABLE” to do all things. Our approach focuses on building assets and teaching life-skills in a comfortable, caring environment. We believe in involving the client, family, and friends in all aspect of care.

Our Clients

Our clients are children and adults with mild to profound intellectual and developmental disabilities. Many also have other special needs and challenges, including physical and learning disabilities, medical issues, and dual diagnoses.
